How it works:
After enrolling in a base membership, Golfinity members will have the option to add a credit package to use on a variety of services such as private lessons, group classes, clubfittings, technology bookings, tournaments/skills challenges, and more. The selected dollar amount will be added to the monthly recurring membership and converted into Golfinity Credits on a $1-to-1 credit ratio. The credits may be used for additional sessions, instruction services, or other experiences across the Golfinity platform. As the amount of credits selected increases, the member is gifted bonus credits (see below). Credits as part of a monthly package are valid for two months from the purchase date. Sessions and other services will deduct credits using a FIFO (first in, first out) method.
If a member selects a service above their current credit balance, they will automatically be charged at the $1/credit rate for the additional credits. Members will also have the ability to add additional credits to their account at any time.
All credits are active for 2 months from the purchase date. Any additional credits purchased outside of the recurring monthly plan will be available for 2 months from the purchase date. A member will see their credits for the current month as well as their “expiring credits” from the past month in the Golfinity app.
