How do the monthly membership cycles work?

When you enroll in a membership, that enrollment date constitutes the beginning of the membership. The plan will be prorated for the remainder of the month and then the full amount will be charged on the 1st of the following month. Credit packages can be purchased at any point during the month. The credit purchase date will be listed on the member profile for reference. The membership plan/credit package will remain active for the duration of the monthly period, and the plan(s) will be renewed at the beginning of the following month.
