How do I adjust my membership at Golfinity?

Membership Adjustments

Members are able to adjust their base membership plan and credit package at any time. These changes will take effect during the next monthly cycle.

Membership Freezes & Cancellations

Members may elect to pause (“freeze”) or cancel their membership at any time. This change will be implemented for the member’s next monthly cycle. Members have the ability to freeze their membership, up to two times per year, for a period of up to 3 months without having to pay an additional enrollment fee upon rejoining.

A member that elects to cancel their membership will sign a Membership Cancellation Form with the Member Services Associate to denote their intention to cancel at the start of the next month. Should a member cancel their membership, they will have to re-pay the enrollment fee should they want to restart their membership in the future.
